Here at Pathfinders, we value passion, innovation, and teamwork. We believe passion is the key to success, especially when working with your community. It is important to hold your work up to the highest regard and be proud of what you are doing. That allows us to have members with strong innovation, members who are constantly using their innovation to bring new ideas to Pathfinders. Our efficient teamwork helps our organization come together to merge plans and turn them into effective initiatives. We are so grateful for everyone apart of our organization, and their endless efforts to accomplish our mission.
Our approach
Pathfinders aims to help people help themselves—they just need the opportunity to build themselves back up again. As an organization, we intend to collaborate with shelters to directly work with people experiencing homelessness and teach them the ins and outs of business so that they can enter the workfield. We will collaborate with other organizations looking to recruit employees and tailor our sessions and seminars to cultivate the qualities they’re looking for. Our goal is to connect the people we help with these organizations to help them keep themselves on top of the game.
