Working to support those in need!
We're Pathfinders, an organization that aims to train people who are in need of finding jobs, and provide them proper business training to help them get back on their feet. We aim to collaborate with hiring companies to connect new employees, especially those in low income families or struggling to find a home.

From Our Leaders
A word from our preseident…
Over the last two years, the idea for Pathfinders has gradually formed as underserved citizens in New York City suffer on the streets. It began with critiques on why issues weren’t being dealt with—and it seemed like nobody was truly trying to solve the root of the problem. I kept up to date with the local news and researched how the local government was trying to help, but nothing ever changed. That’s when I knew that if I wanted to see the change, I had to start the chance.
Pathfinders wasn't created to be a hobby or a dream on the side. Pathfinders exists to give people a voice. It exists to uplift strong members of society that are already among us, waiting to cultivate their passions and work ethic again. It's not going to be easy—but it'll be worth it.

Our Mission
Why We're Here:
Like anything else, the blueprints for Pathfinders started at a local library between two dedicated teenagers. Our mission didn’t just involve simply helping people in need, it involved guiding them through the steps needed to help them get back on their feet. We didn’t just want to help them temporarily, we want to make sure that these people are permanently living a sustainable life.
Our goal is for people to not need our help anymore. We want to make sure that people who are in need of jobs and are looking for housing get the support needed so that they will never need our help again.
— Zaina Kadir, Vice President

“I’ve always believed that it is important to give back to the community that’s always supported you, and I believe that Pathfinders will do the same with people who are in need of that help.
I’m here to stay, to be a part of something empowering. Let’s not just help people, but change their lives forever.”
— Zaina Kadir, Vice President
